Job Summary
Coordinate administration and support service's projects and activities in supporting the department, using IT systems, metrics/data management and analysis

*General Responsibilities*

  • Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditure against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
  • Assist in department's administrative/ad-hoc project coordination with internal/external stakeholders
  • Assist in identifying areas for continuous improvement and growth using creative and innovative research
  • Coordinate, create and update project communication materials (e.g. updating/compiling materials for events/programs)
  • Assist in preparing and consolidating information into standard reports/documentations

Functional Skills And Knowledge

  • Demonstrate basic analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate basic experience in analyzing data and understanding business implications
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken

Education
Bachelor's degree in related discipline based on the function's requirements
