Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Intern role based in Petaling Jaya. The Business Intern will assist with business planning, data analysis, and customer relationship initiatives while supporting the execution of internal and external communication strategies. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer service inquiries, assisting in project coordination, and contributing to the development of business strategies and solutions. The role provides valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced AI CRM consulting environment.
