Job Summary:

We are seeking a Business Administration Intern to assist with administrative tasks and presentation creation. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to ensure efficient office operations and contribute to the development of high-quality presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing files

- Create and update presentations for meetings and conferences

- Conduct research and gather data for presentations

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions

- Provide support to team members as needed

- Handle phone and email inquiries and direct them to the appropriate parties

- Assist with scheduling and coordination of meetings

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in a business administration or related program

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Experience with presentation creation preferred
