As part of our expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated and dependable Business Development Intern to support our sales, marketing, and event operations team in driving brand growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities, retail partnerships, and sales channels.
  • Support the coordination and execution of marketing activities, roadshows, pop-up events, and promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends and business insights.
  • Provide hands-on assistance in setting up and dismantling product displays, booths, and event setups across various locations.
  • Offer on-site operational support during events to ensure smooth and professional execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client feedback, and post-event reports.
  • Work closely with the business development and marketing team to achieve sales and brand objectives.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in the fragrance, retail, or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, self-driven attitude.
  • Highly organized, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must possess
    a valid car driving license (Class D
    ) and
    have own transport
    , as the role requires frequent travel to event sites and retail outlets.
  • Physically able to handle light to moderate lifting of event materials and equipment during setup and dismantling
    (male candidates are encouraged to apply).
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, based on event schedules.
