1. Business Development & Revenue Generation

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with brands, agencies, and strategic partners.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies for advertising, sponsorship, and branded content.
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements that align with company objectives and revenue goals.

2. Partnership Management

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, production partners, and distribution channels.
  • Collaborate with creative and production teams to design partnership-driven short drama formats and campaigns.
  • Ensure timely execution and delivery of partnership obligations to maintain high client satisfaction.

3. Market Development & Strategy

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop tailored proposals, partnership decks, and business presentations for prospective clients.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide strategic insights to support product innovation and market positioning.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to support partnership execution.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business development, partnerships, or media sales, preferably within entertainment, digital media, or advertising industries.
  • Strong network within brands, agencies, and media ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and partnership targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience with tech-based B2C products will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
