Salary: RM2,000 – RM3,000
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our client's expanding team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the company's long-term growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1) Conduct cold calls and make multiple outbound calls to potential clients, closing sales and guiding them through the process.
2) Meet all quotas for calls, appointments, and client meetings while achieving or exceeding annual sales goals.
3) Understand client needs and provide effective solutions, including responding to inquiries and preparing proposals (RFPs).
4) Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
5) Research and identify opportunities in both new and existing markets.
6) Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations to potential clients.
7) Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement.
8) Suggest service upgrades or additional offerings based on client needs and business goals.
9) Negotiate pricing and terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
10) Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and business alignment.
11) Generate new leads and contacts to expand business growth opportunities.
12) Respond promptly to client issues, ensuring timely and professional resolutions.
13) Work closely with the team to achieve both short-term and long-term revenue and profit goals.
Requirements
1) Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2) Prior experience in sales, business development, or client management is an advantage.
3) Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel when required.
4) Eager for success, goal-oriented, and highly motivated to achieve sales targets.
5) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6) Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
