Responsible for managing and developing existing and new customer database for all Strato Solutions Digital Solutions and Services. You will develop business based on received inquiries, pursuing leads, and engaging existing opportunities. Your responsibilities also extend to co-creating and contributing to both internal and external (partners and customers) parties to make a successful impact to the business.
Job Description
- Role as a Business Development that is responsible directly for all revenue generation and contribution to the company
- Responsible for customer relationships and projects of all account and clients.
- Develop sales plan, manage key customer accounts, and drive promotional activities in total range of company products and solutions.
- Lead and participate in all tender preparations, inquiries, and negotiation.
- Improve sales results and meet challenging sales targets, which include sales budget and margin targets, through value added selling techniques.
- Build and improve relationships with key decision makers.
- Serve as the project owner and successfully operate all levels of projects.
- Deeply understand the current IT and Technology solution and identify customer opportunities.
- Participate in the negotiation strategies; lead the negotiation process and be responsible for the final result
- Improve contract terms in line with operation needs.
- Deeply understand and influence mid- and senior-level customers on decisions about projects or business.
- Maintain insight into competitors and be able to provide targeted competitive solutions. Formulate competitive strategies. Successfully break through difficult projects.
- Ensure all requirement from the client is accounted for and closed within the requested time.
- Exercise all cost savings effort and ensure an acceptable profit margin for the company
- Any other tasks required by the management
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
