1) Able to setup and operate CNC milling machine 3 axis and 5 axis. 2) Able to setup and operate CNC Turnmill/Millturn and Autolathe Barfeeder. 3) Familiar with the controller Fanuc,Mazatrol and Heidenhein. 4) Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, materials, specifications, reference planes and machining parameters; interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T). 5) Programs mills and lathes by entering instructions, including zero and reference points; setting tool registers, offsets, compensation, and conditional switches; calculating requirements, 6) Sets-up mills and lathes by installing and adjusting soft jaw chucks, indicating clamping vices,tools preparation. 7) Maintains specifications by observing mill cutting, drilling and grooving, knurling and threading; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls; sharpening and replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes. 8) Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations. Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field. - Required skill(s): cnc auto lathe machine, Cnc Auto Lathe. - No work experience required. - 6 Full-Time position(s) available.
