**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, and mailing
- Manage and organize office files and documents
- Assist in data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate appointments and meetings
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
**Experience**
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is advantageous
- Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus
- Familiarity with QuickBooks software is beneficial
- Strong clerical skills including typing and data entry
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
