**Accounts & Admin Assistant**
**Location**: Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur
**Key Responsibilities**
A reliable, organized individual is needed to support our Accounts and General Administration.
- **Accounting Support**: Daily data entry of transactions, preparation of invoices and vouchers, and maintaining organized financial records.
- **Audit & Filing**: Efficiently organize documents and support internal/external audit requirements.
- **General Admin (GA)**: Handle incoming calls, manage mail/couriers, and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems.
- **Clerical Tasks**: Perform general office tasks (photocopying, scanning, etc.) and assist Management with ad-hoc duties.
What We Are Looking For;
- **Minimum Qualification**: SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Business Admin, or related field.
- **Experience**: At least 1 year of relevant experience is preferred, **but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.**:
- **Skills**: Basic accounting knowledge, proficient in **Microsoft Excel & Word**. Familiarity with **AutoCount** is a bonus.
- **Attributes**: Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and a collaborative team player.
- **Language**:Must be able to speak Mandarin.**:
- **Able to start immediately or with a short notice.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
