**Account Assistant cum Admin**
**Key Responsibilities**:
✔ Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping.
✔ Assist in payroll processing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
✔ Handle administrative tasks (data entry, filing, correspondence, scheduling).
✔ Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
✔ Support HR with onboarding, documentation, and employee queries.
✔ Coordinate office supplies, vendor management, and ad-hoc duties.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience in **Basic Accounts MUST + Admin roles.**
Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel), Word**
Strong organizational and **multitasking** abilities.
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
