Perform monthly, quarterly and yearly accounting activities
- Responsible to perform accounts receivable and payable functions.
- Responsible for original receipts and payment vouchers
- Maintain accurate and timely record in accounting system
- Perform daily collection and monthly consolidated accounting across the group
- Liaise with bankers, auditors and tax agents
- Highly effective in organization and filing system, resulting in easy access to information and streamlined office functioning.
- Process claims
- Perform other administrative duties
- Any responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

**Requirement**
- Degree/Diploma in a relevant discipline and/or a professional qualification preferable in the areas of Accountancy
- A member of a recognized professional accounting / taxation body will be an added advantage
- Familiar with issuance of invoices, credit notes, debit notes and refund management
- Analytical, possess high integrity, self-motivated, organized and able to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision
- Good command of verbal and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Chinese language proficiency is an added advantage
- Attention to detail
- Organized in filing
- Good attitude with a positive outlook in life.
- Self starter, proactive and willing to learn.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
