**Job Summary**:
The Cashier cum BWS Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service at the checkout counter, accurately handling transactions, and supporting the Beer, Wine & Spirits (BWS) section of the store. This role combines cashiering duties with responsibilities related to the sale, stocking, and presentation of alcoholic beverages, while ensuring compliance with legal age verification and responsible service guidelines.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Cashiering Duties**:

- Operate cash registers, EFTPOS machines, and handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service at checkout.
- Assist customers with inquiries, refunds, and product information.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.

**BWS Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in the Beer, Wine & Spirits section, offering product knowledge when appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, including ID checks for age verification.
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain visually appealing displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
- Uphold responsible service of alcohol (RSA) standards at all times.

**General Store Support**:

- Assist with general store duties, including tidying, facing up, and restocking.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet store goals and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Previous retail, cashier, or customer service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Beer, Wine & Spirits products is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Must meet legal age requirements and hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate (if applicable).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: Up to RM2,100.00 per month
