_**Roles And Responsibilities**_

1. **Procurement Management**:

- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and secure the best pricing and terms.
- Issue purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in the procurement process.

2. **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available to meet operational needs.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize wastage and optimize stock levels.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to manage stock storage and movement.

3. **Cost Control**:

- Monitor and analyze procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Prepare and maintain procurement budgets and forecasts.
- Implement cost-effective strategies for sourcing and inventory management.

4. **Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination**:

- Communicate with vendors to resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with finance for timely processing of invoices and payments.

**5. Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, supplier contracts, and inventory levels.
- Prepare and present reports on procurement and inventory metrics to management.
- Ensure all procurement and inventory documentation is up-to-date and accessible.

Education / Professional Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain roles.
- Strong knowledge of procurement and inventory management practices.
- Proficiency in using procurement and inventory management software.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Monday to Friday

- Performance bonus
