The Accounts and Admin Assistant provides support to the finance and administrative functions of the organization. This role involves handling various accounting tasks such as processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial reporting. Additionally, the Accounts and Admin Assistant provides administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in accounting or administrative roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with Autocount accounting software is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferable staying nearby PJ

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
