Account Admin Assistant

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented **Accounts cum Admin Assistant** to support our accounting and administrative functions, primarily for dormant companies and general office operations.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Assist in managing accounts for dormant companies including data entry, documentation, and report preparation
- Support coordination with banks, auditors and company secretaries.
- Assist in preparing general payments such as utilities, tax instalments, rental, stationery, etc.
- Compile supporting documents, assist in preparing payment vouchers, prepare cheques and arrange for bank-ins.
- Assist in arranging signing of secretarial and returning them to the Company secretary.
- Monitor office stationery needs.
- Support receptionist duties when needed.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Business Admin, or related field
- 1-2 years of related experience preferred (fresh grads are welcome to apply)
- Basic accounting knowledge and experience with accounting software
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Willing to learn, team player, and able to meet deadlines

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
