**Marketing Executive (Trade Marketing)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop Trade Marketing Strategies**: Work closely with sales team & designer team and execute trade-specific promotions and campaigns to boost brand visibility and sales performance.
- **Retailer Collaboration**: Build strong relationships with retail partners to secure strategic display opportunities and align on marketing initiatives.
- **Third-Party Collaboration**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, government bodies, confinement centers and other relevant parties to increase brand awareness and acquire new users.
- **In-Store Activation**: Plan and manage in-store promotions, sampling activities, and trade events to engage customers and drive sales.
- **POS Material Management**: Create and ensure proper placement of impactful point-of-sale (POS) materials in retail locations.
- **Market Analysis**: Monitor market trends, shopper behavior, and campaign performance to refine strategies and report ROI.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with sales, branding, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of trade marketing initiatives.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of trade marketing strategies and retail environments.
- Proficiency in managing in-store campaigns and events.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for retailer engagement.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Creativity in designing impactful POS materials and trade promotions.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in trade marketing or a related role.
- Familiarity with retail environments and consumer goods is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
