Your responsibilities will be:

- Calling through a list of potential clients
- Updating contact information in a CRM as needed
- Entering detailed call notes for others to read and understand
- Communicating with potential clients to schedule online appointments
- Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future
- Following up on previous customers for potential sales
- Maintaining records of customer contacts
- Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
