**POSITION OVERVIEW**

Contacting assigned customers through phone call to inform them about a specific service / product and convince them to purchase

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Call the selected customers to sell service / product
- Share the selling points for service / product
- Answer questions about service / product
- Recommend service / product based on customers need
- Take detailed call notes and record any feedback
- Follow up payment with the potential customers
- Meet daily / monthly call target
- Meet monthly / quarterly / sales target

**QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Required skill(s): responsibility, cooperative, ability, details oriented.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience working in Call Centre will be an added advantage
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cheras.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
