As we continue our rapid expansion, we are on the lookout for passionate and driven individuals to join our team as** Telemarketing Executives**, delivering exceptional service and driving sales performance for our clients in the healthcare supplements industry.

Position

Telemarketing Executive (Malay English, Remote Work)

**Job Description**:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads and databases

Confidently present, promote, and sell products and services using strong persuasive communication techniques

Meet and exceed set sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis

Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns and other referral sources

Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers to foster repeat business

Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of proven experience in telemarketing is mandatory

Background in sales of banking, insurance, health & beauty products is highly advantageous

Track record of achieving sales targets via phone-based selling

Familiar with using computer systems and CRM tools

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Resilient, goal-driven, and able to handle rejections professionally

Good organizational and time-management skills

Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent

Job Type

Full-time, remote work

Rotational shift, 5 days per week

Salary

Basic Salary: Up to RM2,500

EPF & SOCSO contributions
