Job Title: Telemarketing Operations Executive

Job Description:

We're looking for a Telemarketing Operations Executive to support and coordinate our telemarketing operations. This role is key in ensuring team performance, communication efficiency, and training quality. If you're fluent in Mandarin and English and enjoy both coordination and team development, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor staff performance and provide weekly status updates to management.

  • Review staff call and message quality, providing feedback and improvement plans.

  • Coordinate with the Telemarketing Manager (TM) on team issues and operational updates.

  • Perform quality checks on underperforming staff and manage review and warning processes.

  • Work with the marketing team and CRM teams to align telemarketing campaigns.

  • Research and resolve operational challenges such as poor network, social media issues, and other telemarketing obstacles.

  • Conduct training sessions for new telemarketing staff.

Requirements:

Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).

  • Strong understanding of telemarketing operations and coordination. (Training will be provided)

  • Able to lead, train, and monitor remote or onsite staff effectively.

  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

  • Experience in staff support, team management, or telemarketing is an advantage

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (data tracking, reporting, and analysis).

  • Knowledge of
    Power BI
    or other data visualization tools is an advantage.
