About the role

Are you an enthusiastic and persuasive communicator looking to join a dynamic team at Zenn Core Advisors Sdn. Bhd.? We are seeking a talented Telemarketing Executive to be based in our Kuala Lumpur office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential clients, promoting our range of financial advisory services and converting leads into sales.

What you'll be doing

  • Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their requirements.
  • Maintain a consistent volume of outbound calls and talk time daily, in line with sales targets.
  • Meet or exceed daily Key Performance Indicators (KP|S).
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to close customers.
  • Stay motivated and persistent even when facing rejections.
  • Constantly self motivate and not give up.

What we're looking for

  • Open to fresh graduates — no prior experience required.
  • Candidates must possess at least SPM
  • Candidates with or without experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken, written, and reading) is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle customer objections are essential.
