About the Role

Join a fast-growing fintech company and help SMEs discover smarter, simpler payment solutions. As an Telemarketer, you'll reach out to business owners, introduce KPay's products, and set up meetings for our field sales team. If you're driven, persuasive, and love hitting goals — this is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to SME business owners to introduce KPay's payment solutions.
  • Qualify leads and arrange appointments for the field sales team (in-person or online).
  • Communicate KPay's value proposition clearly and confidently across industries.
  • Maintain accurate lead and call records using CRM tools.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and meetings.
  • Work closely with the field sales team to ensure smooth handover and follow-up.
  • Follow up on warm leads from marketing campaigns or inbound inquiries.
  • Stay updated on KPay products, industry trends, and merchant needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of telesales or outbound sales experience (targeting SMEs preferred).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with confident phone manners.
  • Resilient, goal-oriented, and able to handle objections professionally.
  • Organized and detail-minded, with good follow-up habits.
  • Familiar with CRM or lead-tracking tools.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin due to operational needs.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, or B2B sales is an advantage.
