About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Telemarketer to join our team at Masters Career Consultancy Pte Ltd'. This full-time position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and will involve outbound sales calls to prospective customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Making outbound sales calls to generate new leads and secure customer appointments
  2. Building rapport with potential customers and providing information about our products and services
  3. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  4. Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions
  5. Providing excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries and concerns

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in an outbound sales or telemarketing role, preferably in the call centre or customer service industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with customers
  3. Excellent telephone manner and sales negotiation skills
  4. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  6. A positive, enthusiastic and resilient attitude
