Job Summary:

The Telemarketer is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services, generating leads, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to introduce and promote products/services.

Generate leads and schedule appointments for sales teams.

Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.

Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.

Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by management.

Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant product information.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field.

Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is an advantage.

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Goal-driven and self-motivated.

Ability to handle objections professionally.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 8 per week

Work Location: In person
