Job Title: Telemarketer

Location: Bandar Sri Permaisuri @ Kuala Lumpur

Job Type: Full Time Only

Sallary Package: Basic + Commission + Allowance

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telemarketer to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to our existing and prospective customers introducing products or services, and securing sales or appointments and carry our CRM activities. You must have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided call list or CRM system.
  • Promote and explain the company's products or services clearly and persuasively.
  • Answer customer questions and handle objections with professionalism.
  • Follow up with leads to nurture prospects and close sales or set appointments.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, outcomes, and customer feedback.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and conversion targets.
  • Adhere to all company policies, compliance requirements, and telemarketing regulations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and improve results.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or call management tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
