We are a growing organization providing professional health screening services.

We are expanding our telemarketing team and are looking for motivated individuals who are confident, target-driven, and eager to grow in a supportive work environment.

Job Description

As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers and setting appointments for free health screening sessions. This is a fully office-based position — no outdoor work required.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers
  • Set appointments for health screening services
  • Follow provided scripts and adhere to company guidelines
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments
  • Contribute positively to team morale and performance

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
  • Confident with excellent communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented
  • Organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Fresh graduates and interns are encouraged to apply
  • Able to start work immediately

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Saturday: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,000 (based on experience)
  • Commission: Up to RM3,000++ (Unlimited earning potential)
