**Position: Telemarketing**

**Tenure: 1 Year Contract/ Renewable basis (Converted to permanent)**

**Basic Salary: RM 1,600 - RM 2,400**

**Other Benefits: Allowance + Commission + Statutory contribution + Leaves**

**Working Hours: 8.30am-6.30pm (Mon - Fri)**

**Location: KL Eco City, Kuala Lumpur**

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute outbound calls to existing database promoting banking loan products
- To deliver and educate perspective customer on the benefits of the product over the phone and providing high standards of service by following presentation guidelines in accordance to given product factsheet and sales script
- To ensure monthly sales target are met
- To contribute in team effort by accomplishing related results as needed individually and as a team player with the guidance and coaching of your Team Leader.
- Multi task to ensure can deliver daily numbers and at the same time attentively follow up customer.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum SPM/STPM/A Level/Pre-u/Diploma or any other field.
- Minimum 2 Years of Working Experience as a Telesales
- Good in Bahasa Malaysia and English language both written and verbally.
- Possess telemarketing experienced in banking industry (Loan or Insurance Products) will be an advantage
- Can work under pressure and extra hours if not hitting the daily target.

**Job Types**: Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,400.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
