SuamiSihat Clinic is a clinic who provides solutions to improve and fights for men’s health, especially Malaysian husbands to improve their health and live healthier physically, mentally and sexually.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Clinic Administrator to optimise our healthcare operations. You will play a role with full responsibilities and contribute to the overall success of the clinic. Through your dedicated and hands-on involvement, you’ll help us create better clinical management, enhancing patient experiences and optimising administrative processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Patient Scheduling and Coordination**:Manage and optimise patient appointments, ensuring smooth and efficient clinic operations.
**Documentation and Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
**Resource Management**:monitor and manage clinic resources, including inventory, supplies, and equipment, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
**Process Optimization**: Continuously assess and enhance clinic workflows to maximize efficiency and ensure an exceptional patient experience.
**Data Analysis**: Utilise data analytics to identify trends, track key performance indicators, and make informed decisions to improve clinic operations.
**Financial Management**:Monitor billing processes and ensure accurate and timely financial transactions
**Facility Maintenance**:Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the clinic, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
**Job Requirements**
**Education**:Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
**Experience**:At least 1 years of experience or previous experience in clinic administration or healthcare management is preferred

- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Lead and inspire a team of administrative professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- The ability to think critically, analyse situations, and implement effective solutions.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
