**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement **Project Quality Control Plans (QCPs)** and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) in alignment with project specifications and contract requirements.
- Coordinate and supervise daily QC activities across fabrication and construction works, including welding, fit-up, NDE, material traceability, and dimensional control.
- Provide technical guidance on **welding procedures, NDE methods**, and quality standards to ensure adherence to applicable codes (ASME, AWS, API).
- Review and verify inspection reports, weld maps, NDE reports, material certificates, and other QC documentation.
- Interface with clients, third-party inspectors, and internal teams to resolve quality issues and ensure timely inspection approvals.
- Monitor and ensure proper implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformities.
- Support audits, client inspections, and quality reviews.
- Maintain proper documentation and preparation of final quality dossiers for handover.
- Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to QC inspectors and technicians.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a **relevant certificate** in engineering, welding inspection, or quality management.
- **Minimum 5 years of experience** in **Quality Control functions** within **oil & gas fabrication and construction**.
- Strong background in **welding processes** and **non-destructive examination (NDE)** techniques.
- **Recent experience as a QC Coordinator** in **onshore construction** (fabrication and/or installation).
- Proven ability to develop, organize, and implement QC plans effectively.
- Sound knowledge of international codes and standards such as ASME, AWS, API, and ISO.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,793.24 - RM7,510.82 per month
