Qualifications:
1. At least 5 years of experience in the manufacturing human resources industry

2. Fluent in spoken English, capable of business communication

3. Fluent in Chinese

4. Familiar with local laws and regulations in Malaysia

**IKD-Malaysia Plant**

**I. Introduction to the Malaysia Factory**

Guided by the philosophy of “global production and global sales,” IKD launched the planning for its Malaysia factory in April 2023, purchasing 60 acres of land to establish a production base capable of aluminum ingot production, zinc alloy die casting, and aluminum alloy die casting. The aim is to provide safer, more localized services to customers in ASEAN, North America, and Europe across logistics, quality, and cost aspects. The factory is located in Johor State, Malaysia, with convenient transportation links. It is 15 kilometers from Pasir Gudang Port and a 1.5-hour drive from Singapore

Airport.

The first phase of the Malaysian factory—an aluminum ingot production plant—was completed in July 2024 and is now officially in operation. Plans for the second phase of the factory, which will produce zinc and aluminum alloy die castings, are underway. Zinc alloy die casting is scheduled to begin SOP in Q1 2025. Aluminum alloy die casting will be configured with aluminum alloy die casting machines based on the project situation and is expected to begin SOP in 2026.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
