**Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Develop and monitor day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and policies (HACCP, 5S, Food Safety and relevant regulatory requirements).
- Monitor the status of all stock, ensuring First In First Out (FIFO) is maintained and any aging or surplus stocks are dealt with.
- Prepare and handle monthly stock count activities; ensure all month end activities in the department are completed accurately and on time.
- Ensure rejected goods are returned with the appropriate outgoing documents to avoid payment for the returned goods.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, conducting regular cycle counts and reconciliations to minimize discrepancies.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the purchasing and commercial teams to ensure proper stock levels and accurate forecasting of inventory needs.
- Responsible for the accurate recording of material movement transactions in the company's system
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient warehouse procedures.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization to accommodate varying inventory levels and maximize storage capacity and efficiency.
- Maintains subordinates job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety among the team.
- Foster a culture of awareness regarding HACCP requirements, develop and maintain visual management systems to support 5S practices.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Certification in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in warehouse management, preferably in the manufacturing production industries.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and compliance standards would be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of successfully managing warehouse operations.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software (SAP).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to address and solve variance issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
