Sales Associate (Hong Kong SMB)
Location: Hong Kong
Headcount: 5
Start Date: End of January
**Salary**: RM5500 + up to 15% sales incentive per month
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct cold calls and generate leads to build a robust pipeline.
- Engage with potential SMB clients in Hong Kong to understand their IT hardware needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Close sales deals by effectively communicating product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Collaborate with partners and distributors to expand market reach and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English and Cantonese, both verbal and written.
- 3-4 years of inside sales experience in IT sales, with a strong understanding of IT hardware products.
- Experience in partner/distributor sales is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to make 30-40 cold calls daily with an assertive and persistent attitude.
- Available to join as soon as possible.
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
