About the Role

We are hiring Sales & Support Consultants to join a dynamic customer solutions team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, with strong customer engagement, sales ability, and technical support skills.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Handle customer inquiries, issues, and upselling via chat.
  • Understand and relate to diverse customer needs and scenarios.
  • Provide friendly, expert, and solution-driven support.
  • Stay up-to-date with client processes, technology applications, utilities, and products.
  • Use various client tools for customer servicing and case management.
  • Transfer customers to appropriate teams when needed.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
  • Meet all performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Communicate fluently in English, Mandarin & Cantonese (spoken & written).
  • Apply sales skills and basic IT knowledge to support business needs.

Technical Requirements
:

Candidates should be familiar or have experience with:

  • Web hosting technologies (WordPress, Joomla, etc.)
  • Website scripting languages (PHP)
  • Databases (MySQL)
  • Network protocols (SSH, FTP, SFTP)
  • SSL, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, server error diagnosis
  • CRM systems and strong general computer literacy
