**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Inventory Management**:
i) Monitor and manage the inventory of medical and non-medical supplies in the healthcare facility.

ii) Conduct regular audits to track stock levels, expiration dates, and usage patterns.

iii) Utilize inventory management software to accurately record and track stock movements.

**Receiving and Issuing**:
i) Receive deliveries of supplies and verify their accuracy and condition.

ii) Label, sort, and properly store items in designated storage areas.

iii) Process and fulfill requests for supplies from different departments within the facility.

**Distribution and Tracking**:
i) Distribute supplies to various departments according to established protocols and guidelines.

ii) Maintain accurate records of supply distribution and usage to ensure accountability and cost-effectiveness.

**Quality Assurance**:
i) Ensure that all supplies meet required quality and safety standards.

ii) Handle recalls or defective items in coordination with appropriate departments and suppliers.

**Documentation and Reporting**:
i) Maintain up-to-date documentation related to inventory, orders, and supplies.

ii) Generate regular reports on inventory levels, consumption patterns, and supply expenses.

**Basic Requirements and Skills needed**:

- High school qualification (Min. SPM) or equivalent; additional education or certification in inventory management or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in inventory management or a similar role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
