**Import/Export Specialist**

Global import-export in the world of ground-breaking technology is a complicated business. It takes real attention to detail to comply with all U.S. and regional import and export regulations. Our Import-Export team within Materials and Procurement provides trade compliance support for end-to-end order management and delivery processes. We’re experts in what we do, from assessing global trade risk and providing mitigation strategies, to delivering strategic and tactical support in developing international supply chains, to implementing strategies to reduce import expenses and auditing all documentation.

**What you’ll achieve**

As an **Import/Export Specialist** you will be responsible for reviewing customer accounts against Restricted Parties List and determining their Trade Compliance status

**You will**:

- Under supervision and with guided direction work in GTM tool to review system generated account holds
- Ensure recordkeeping requirements are met
- Communicate with internal Dell stakeholder, collecting information needed for account review
- Assist in data collection required for reporting and performance measurement

**Essential Requirements**
- Familiar with trade compliance support for end-to-end order management and delivery processes.
- Basic knowledge of import and export requirements would be an added advantage
- Excellent English communication
- Ability to handle routine repetitive work
- Relevant experience with Import-Export operations is a plus.

**Desirable Requirements**
- Willing to work on rotating shift (Permanent morning shift)
- Diploma or Degree in any related field of studies
