The Store Officer is responsible for managing the storage, distribution, and inventory of supplies and equipment within the hotel. This role ensures that the hotel operations have the necessary materials to function efficiently and effectively while maintaining accurate records of stock levels and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including tracking and reporting on stock usage.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile discrepancies with inventory records.
- Forecast supply needs and place orders to ensure continuous availability of required items.

**Receiving and Storage**:

- Receive and inspect deliveries to ensure they meet quality and quantity specifications.
- Organize and store items in designated areas, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly labeled.
- Manage the storage environment to ensure the safety and preservation of goods.

**Distribution**:

- Distribute supplies and equipment to various departments within the hotel as requested.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to support hotel operations and guest services.
- Track the issuance and return of items to prevent loss and misuse.

**Record Keeping**:

- Maintain detailed records of all transactions, including purchases, receipts, and issuance of stock.
- Prepare and submit regular inventory reports to the management.
- Use inventory management software to update and track stock levels.

**Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the storage areas.
- Implement security measures to safeguard inventory.
