Tenancy

  1. Record all incoming and outgoing correspondences, documents, and emails related to store tenancy, including posting/courier and document tracking.
  2. File and scan documents for store renewals.
  3. Assist in the preparation of renewal notices, confirmation of renewals, cover letters, and termination letters.
  4. Follow up with landlords on signed agreements and relevant supporting documents.
  5. Provide stamped Tenancy Agreements (TA) and related documents to Store Admin for trading license and TNB COT applications, and to the Construction Division (where necessary).
  6. Handle all matters related to terminated tenancies, including refund of deposits.
  7. Submit scanned Tenancy Agreements (TA) to LHDN and prepare requisitions for stamping fees.

Admin

  1. Prepare documents for utilities applications.
  2. Manage IWK bills, record, and prepare payment requisitions.
  3. Maintain up-to-date payment records for Quit Rent (QR) and Assessment of company properties.
  4. Arrange posting of letters and documents at the post office.
  5. Perform other assignments as and when assigned by Managers in the Real Estate Department.

Job Requirements

  • Education:

    Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a professional qualification in accounting (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA).
  • Experience:

    Preference will be given to candidates with at least 1 year of relevant finance experience. Prior exposure to FP&A or similar roles is an added advantage.

  • Skills & Competencies:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment independently.

  • Proactive and detail-oriented in completing tasks.
  • Strong tenacity and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
