Job Description

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Drive key retail KPIs including average basket value (ABV), conversion rate, and customer retention.
  • Manage daily store operations, visual merchandising, and inventory control to maintain brand standards.
  • Monitor and analyze store performance, implementing strategies to improve profitability and productivity.
  • Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with brand policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
  • Collaborate with area and head office teams to execute marketing and promotional activities effectively.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 8 years of experience in retail management, with proven success in managing people, store operations, and full P&L accountability.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills with a hands-on management style.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and achieve KPIs such as ABV, conversion rate, and sales growth.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Passionate about beauty, customer experience, and driving brand excellence.
  • Commercially savvy with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
