Flagship Store Manager
Location: Midvalley Megamall, Kuala Lumpur
Earn Basic + Fix Allowances + Commission + Incentive = total from RM5K-11K depending on sales achievement
Job Scope:-
- Fully responsible for store operations to achieve monthly and annual sales targets;
- Manage product assortment and inventory, monitor replenishment and transfers to ensure optimal stock levels;
- Control store operating expenses, analyze performance data, and ensure the implementation of retail standards;
- Manage daily store operations, lead and train staff to build morale and team cohesion;
- Maintain store image and visual merchandising in accordance with brand guidelines;
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Requirements:-
- Minimum 5-7 years of total retail experience with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Communicate with brand leaders from China who are mandarin speaking. Training in mandarin.
- Familiar with store operations and sales management. Sales-driven.
- Ability to communicate, influence and negotiate effectively with all levels of leadership.
- Proven organisational skills, strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to analyse situations and resolve issues with innovation and creativity
- Ability to challenge and influence operational processes
