Responsibilities

  • Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
  • Recruit, train, and manage store employee's productivity and performance
  • Develop CRM strategy and build up loyalty client base
  • Oversee VM, stock and store operations

Qualifications

  • 2+ years' store management experience
  • Customer centric with a positive attitude
  • Energetic and positive
  • Work under pressure and strong motivation
  • Oversea experience will be a plus

Location: Pavilion

Package: Up to MYR 12,000/month
