Daily operations management and supervision.
- Responsible for training staff to adhere to SOPs and to provide good customer service.
- Undertake the responsibility as POS Superuser and to train staff on the usage of it.
- Ensure all sales and payment are accurate. Ensure all collections are tally at the end of shift.
- Provide good customer service.
- Solve operational issue/problems.
- Ensure the outlet is always clean, neat and with good hygiene.
- Check inventory and place orders with suppliers.
- Provide daily reports as required by the Management.
- Assist in other tasks as required by the Management.
- At least 2 years of F&B working experience as a Supervisor.
- Have experience managing a team of service staff.
- Able to converse in English and Malay.
- Helpful and a team player.
- Good customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
