We are looking for suitable and motivated individual to join as part of our dynamic team in one of the leading manufacturing located in Seri Kembangan.
**Job Role**
- Assist HR & Admin Dept of daily routine tasks
- Update E-leave system for staff attendance records, leave, claim and overtime summary
- Update new joiner & resign employees in system
- To compile and update monthly activity service report ( Engineers & Technicians)
- Assist in all matters in related to HR related recruitment, training, safety awareness, ISO documentation, staff events, employees orientations, resignations & day to day matters.
- Assist in CIDB green card renewal & licensing.
- To handle Administration tasks such as vehicle insurance renewal, petrol card, travel & accommodation arrangement
- Perform ad-hoc duties from time to time.
**Requirement**
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree holder in Business Administration, HR or any related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in manufacturing
- Good conversant & writing skills in English. Mandarin proficiency will be an added advantage
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Possess **basic IT skill** will be an added advantage
- Full time position based at Seri Kembangan
- **FRESH GRADUATEs ARE WELCOME**
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
