We are looking for a creative, friendly Social Media Specialist cum Admin. They will undertake task to update our social media accounts and admin task to ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

The Social Media Specialist cum Admin ensures smooth running of the company’s day to day operation and contributes in driving sustainable growth.
- **Age** : 20 to 35
- **Gender**: Female
- **Competencies**:

- Disciplined and has good work ethics. Self-motivated and take initiatives.
- Prompt, punctual and responsible person.
- **Skills**:

- Good communicator in both writing and speaking.
- Technology savvy. Able to operate basic Desktop works, handles all on-trend social media accounts.
- Video and photo editing skills as well as basic Canva knowledge.
- Multitask and problem solving
- Strong organizational in keeping Admin tasks running efficiently.

**Requirements: -**
- Proven Experience in social media management & admin (min 1 year preferred)
- Knowledge of social media platforms and editing tools such as Canva, Capcut, or any basic design/video editing tools is a plus.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills at least in English and Malay, Mandarin is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office
- At least 1 year of experience in the field or in a related area

**Key Responsibilities: -**

**Social Media Management**
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, etc.)
- Manage posting schedules and ensure consistent brand voice
- Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a strong online community
- Assist in doing Live on respective social media platforms if necessary.
- Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior

**Administration**
- Assist in coordinating appointments, answer incoming calls, determine purpose of call, and inform staff assigned appointments, meetings, and internal communications
- Handle customers query in WhatsApp & reply accordingly
- Support recruitment activities and onboarding documentation
- Maintain front desk procedures including generating invoice from system whatsapp to customer, create customer details in system.
- Provide general support to the management team as required.
- To cover admin tasks duties as and when needed.
- Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
