Account & Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities
Accounting Duties:
- Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers,
journals, and trial balances.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process incoming and outgoing payments,
ensuring timely and accurate billing and collections.
- Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices to clients and suppliers, ensuring
proper documentation and tracking of payments.
- Bank Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank statements with company
financial records.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual
financial reports.
- Data Entry: Input and maintain data into various systems, ensuring
accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Ensure expenses align with SOPs, approval authority guidelines, and proper
documentation, adhering to financial controls, group finance policies, and
accounting standards.
- Manage full sets of accounts, including financial statements, month-end
closing, balance sheet reconciliations, fixed assets register, intercompany
transactions, and monthly management reporting.
- debtor management, including following up on overdue accounts.
- Review reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in monitoring accounts of other subsidiaries.
- Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned.
Administrative Duties:
- Review and ensure tasks completed by the Admin Clerk align
requirements.
- Conduct interviews and prepare appointment and confirmation letters for
new hires.
- Maintain staff personal files in an organized and confidential manner.
- Perform general administrative duties as needed.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this
position.
- Proficiency in accounting software (preferably MYOB) and MS Office
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Full-time position available and able to start work immediately
