Responsibilities:

- Provide timely, polite, and solution-focused responses across all communication platforms.
- Liaise with kitchen, delivery, and management teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Monitor and follow up on feedback or complaints to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Support sales and marketing teams during campaigns or special launches when needed.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Patience, empathy, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with messaging platforms (e.g. WhatsApp Business, social media, etc.)
- Passion for health, wellness, and plant-based living is a plus.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
