**Responsibilities**:

- To involve in tendering until submission and interview including quotation enquiry
- Projecting cost estimates on various materials needed for the project
- To assist / prepare interim progress claim to the clients and payment certificate to sub-contractors for the project
- To perform site valuations, measurements and inspection
- To call and compile quotations from sub-contractors for the purpose of the contract documents
- To attend site progress meeting
- To liaise with client, consultant, supplier and sub-contractors in regards to the project
- To assist/prepare any required report/documents requested by management
- To deliver the instruction and assignment given by superior
- Any other work as instructed by superior
- To portray a good company reputation and profile
- To comply and adhere to Company Policy and take care of Company Interest and Property

**Job Requirement**:

- Required skill(s): Tendering skills, Price negotiation skills, Communication skills, MS Project.
- At least 2-5 year(s) of working experience in Construction Industry and the related field is required for this position.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
