Course Counsellor

**Job Summary**:
The International Marketing Course Counsellor (Sales) is responsible for promoting and recruiting international students for the institution’s programs. This role involves student counselling, lead conversion, market development, and collaboration with international recruitment agents and partners.

**Key Responsibilities:Student Recruitment & Counselling**
- Follow up with leads, inquiries, and applicants to convert them into enrollments.

**Sales & Business Development**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet international student recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international education agents, partners, and institutions.
- Identify and explore new international markets for student recruitment.
- Attend education fairs, seminars, and recruitment events locally and overseas.

**Marketing & Promotion**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and digital marketing campaigns for international students.
- Provide market insights and feedback to improve recruitment strategies.
- Organize and conduct webinars, open days, and info sessions for prospective students.

**Administration & Reporting**
- Prepare recruitment reports and analyze student enrollment trends.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including visa and immigration requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in international student recruitment or education sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to travel internationally when required.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
