- Assist in handling Annual Appraisal Exercise for academic staff
- Prepare and coordinate Annual Promotion Exercise for academic staff
- Administer and coordinate matters related to UTAR Excellence Award and External Staff Awards
- Assist in organizing and coordinating the UTAR Staff Award Ceremony
- Any other tasks and duties as assigned by the University from time to time

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Human Resource Management / Human Capital Management / Human Potential Management or a related field
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken)
- At least 1 year of working experience in recruitment and related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
