**About the Role**:
ZB Group of Companies is a fast-growing SME in the security and cleaning services industry. We are looking for a hands-on and practical Finance Manager who can lead the finance operations, support strategic planning, and help the company scale efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide direction and mentorship to ensure high-quality output, accurate reporting, and team capability growth.
- Deliver critical financial insights to support key decisions, including project profitability analysis, inefficiency detection, and corrective strategy recommendations aligned with growth targets.
- Develop realistic budgets, monitor variances, and ensure that costing is aligned with service pricing and resource planning.
- Coordinate and consolidate annual budgets across multiple entities, ensuring clear allocation of shared administrative and operational costs.
- Strategically plan and monitor the company’s liquidity position to ensure stability and uninterrupted operations.
- Identify weaknesses in current financial workflows and controls; implement automation, process improvements, and sustainable internal control mechanisms.
- Support long-term planning through scenario modelling, ROI analysis, and feasibility studies for new business units.
- Track monthly net profit movement, identify performance gaps, and recommend cost-control or revenue-enhancement measures to support sales and profitability targets.
- Advise senior management on financial risks, forecasts, investment viability, and cost-saving opportunities.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting / Finance / any related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance managerial roles, preferably in SME environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial cash flow and forecasting management.
- Hands-on and detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Proactive in giving financial insights to support business direction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
